Position Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plans, leads, and coordinates all activities related to the overall Budgeting, Bidding, and Buyout of construction projects.
  • Analyzes project plans and specifications to estimate project costs and is involved throughout pre-construction and construction phases.
  • Performs various duties as assigned by the Estimating Manager.
Education

Bachelor's Degree

Position Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of utility-grade electrical construction experience preferred.
  • Experience managing, directing, and following up with personnel, subcontractors, and general contractors preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with HCSS (HeavyBid) estimating software.
  • Experience with quantity takeoff and construction background.
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office, Adobe, and well-developed organization skills.
  • Valid driver license required.
Training

On-the-job, safety, and compliance training.
