Job summary

Appleton Finn is seeking Estimators to join its Datacenter Division in Colorado. The role supports estimating hyperscale Datacenter and mission-critical projects, offering a clear growth path from Estimator to Senior Estimator or Precon Manager.

Ideal candidates have 0–7 years of commercial GC/CM estimating experience and hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, and ProjectSight is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams.
• Organized, problem-solver with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial GC/CM projects in Datacenter and mission-critical spaces.
• Contribute to large, hyperscale Datacenter pursuits with accurate takeoffs and cost planning.

The Ideal Candidate:
