Qualifications

• Experience in construction or remodeling estimating, esp. windows/doors.
• Keen analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills for interpreting blueprints.
• Proficient with estimating software, spreadsheets, and basic CRM/project management tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication for internal and customer presentations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization to manage multiple estimates.
• Willingness to perform field measurements and coordinate with installers.
• Experience in construction, glazing, or carpentry is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
