Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate estimation quotes to customers.
• Offer guidance and answer questions about custom orders.
• Draft shop production tickets for orders.
• Purchase materials for production to ensure availability for upcoming orders.
• Maintain detailed notes on current and upcoming orders; coordinate workflows.
