Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing takeoffs and material estimates for bids.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans.
• Strong negotiation and customer-facing skills.
• Familiar with construction contracts and proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare takeoffs and material estimates per bidding documents.
• Make special pricing for custom systems as needed.
• Create project notes to identify project needs.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and AHJs during bidding stages.
• Foster relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend meetings with customers, reps, peers, and management.
