Job summary

Rodgers Wade, in Paris, Texas, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join Harrison, Walker & Harper family of companies. Starting salary $45K–$55K DOE. This role requires 3+ years in estimating, strong problem-solving, and collaboration in fast-paced environments.

The Estimator will review blueprints, prepare cost estimates, and support bids across retail projects. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure accurate, timely projections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Estimator or in a related field.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or retail environments is a plus.
• Ability to review blueprints, specifications and cost data.

Responsibilities

• Reviews data to determine material and labor requirements and prepares itemized lists.
• Computes cost factors and prepares estimates used for management planning and bids.
• Conducts studies to develop standard hours and cost data and cost reductions.
• Consults with clients, vendors, or others to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
• Interfaces with cross-functional teams to obtain support for cost estimates.
• Organizes a centralized estimating database to use historical data effectively.
