We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in Reference-Based Pricing (RBP) to join our team. This role focuses on driving new business, cultivating relationships with brokers, employers, and third-party administrators (TPAs), and promoting cost-effective healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in self-funded health plans, cost-containment strategies, and healthcare pricing models.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and engage prospective clients, brokers, and TPAs to promote RBP solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, consultants, and other key stakeholders to support retention and growth.
Consultative Selling: Educate clients on the benefits of RBP, addressing cost savings, plan flexibility, and risk management strategies.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in RBP and self-funded insurance markets.
Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and ROI analyses tailored to client needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, account management, and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in self-funded insurance, stop-loss, or healthcare cost-containment solutions with a focus on Reference-Based Pricing (RBP).
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERISA, self-funded plans, balance billing, TPAs, PPO networks, and healthcare claims adjudication.
Proven Sales Success: Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing strategic client relationships.
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Stop-Loss Carriers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), or Direct Contracting models.
Established network within brokers, consultants, and employer groups in the self-funded space.
