Job summary

JRJ Group is seeking a motivated Estimator to support our heavy civil, roadway, and sitework projects in Sunman, Indiana. You will prepare competitive bids and work with engineering, operations, and procurement to ensure accurate estimates and winning proposals.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of estimating experience, a degree in construction-related fields, and proficiency with HCSS, Bluebeam, and Excel. This role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication within a fast-paced

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of estimating experience in civil construction, site development, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and methods.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., HCSS, Bluebeam, Excel).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
