• Solicit and review subcontractor and vendor quotes.
• Assist in the development and submission of competitive bid proposals.
• Participate in bid reviews and pre-bid meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date unit pricing and historical cost data.
• Support post-bid transition to operations with clear estimate documentation.
