Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Sanitation Manager for the 6p-4a shift. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SSOP, BRC, USDA, FDA, SQF, and LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and oversee sanitation programs complying with industry standards.
2. Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing facilities.
3. Train and supervise sanitation staff.
4. Collaborate with other departments to enhance sanitation strategies.
5. Respond to sanitation emergencies promptly.
6. Maintain detailed sanitation records and report issues.
7. Stay updated on industry regulations and trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sanitation experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Spanish and strong communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of industry procedures and standards.
• Experience in developing sanitation programs.
• Leadership skills to train and supervise staff.
• Problem-solving skills for emergencies.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
