Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating experience in exterior restoration, building envelope, waterproofing, concrete restoration, masonry restoration or commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for exterior restoration, waterproofing, concrete restoration, and building envelope projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs.
• Develop budgets, value engineering options, and cost analyses.
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams during project handoff.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Track market conditions and pricing trends to ensure competitive bids.
