Job summary

ALPHA OMEGA CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC is seeking an Estimating Analyst in Charlotte, NC. This role serves as the first point of contact for builder plan submissions and supports the Estimating Department Manager. You will educate builders on product offerings and help strengthen builder relationships.

Key duties include processing blueprint submissions, preparing detailed material and quantity estimates, and maintaining pricing accuracy. Proficiency in Excel and data entry is essential.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education
• 2-4 years data entry experience, Excel preferred
• Blueprint reading experience preferred
• Prior estimating experience preferred
• Construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of siding and/or roofing materials strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to blueprint submissions and work with remote teams for accurate measurements of product.
• Complete pricing data for builders for detailed and itemized material and quantity estimates.
• Use templates to quantify needed materials within the established time frame.
• Perform administrative duties maintaining job folders by customers.
• Work with personnel to ensure pricing sheet accuracy.
• Perform accurate data entry in a timely manner.
• Develop product knowledge and recommend best products and services as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
