Alpha Omega Construction Group in Raleigh, NC seeks a Commercial Business Development Manager to grow the Southeast region by developing new commercial and multi-family opportunities. You will collaborate with the Commercial Service Manager and Estimating Team to connect with general contractors, property managers, and construction managers.

The role emphasizes lead generation, market trend analysis, accurate pricing input, and presenting proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• 5+ years of new business development experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Thorough knowledge of roofing, siding and gutters.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing an existing sales pipeline and developing new commercial & multi-family opportunities.
• Monitor trends in commercial construction markets and shape sales strategy with management.
• Generate qualified leads and pursue decision-makers such as PMs and GC professionals.
• Communicate project specs to Estimating for accurate pricing and proposals.
• Maintain awareness of industry developments in roofing, siding, and gutters.
• Represent the company at industry events to expand market presence and relationships.
• Support proposals and client presentations, articulating scope and value.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify future opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
