Qualifications

• High school diploma or HSE required.
• Associate degree in engineering-related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of estimating, document control, or construction industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Experience reviewing construction or mechanical drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for bidding opportunities and coordinate pursuit decisions.
• Assist with Request for Proposals (RFPs), bid intent communications, and attend pre-bid meetings.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and client-provided materials.
• Perform equipment counts and populate estimating and scope documents.
• Assist with CRM data, bid documentation, and pricing templates.
• Process and maintain Project Information Workbooks (PIWs).
• Monitor bid updates and assist with revised proposal requests.
• Assist with transition of awarded bids to active project processes.Collaborate with estimators across EAB branches to ensure consistency.
