Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator for a growing heavy civil contractor in the United States. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, bid packages, and reviewing drawings, specs, and contract documents to support preconstruction.

You will collaborate with project managers, obtain subcontractor pricing, develop budgets and bid strategies, and identify risks and value engineering opportunities for infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction.
• Background in earthwork, utilities, roadway, infrastructure, or site development projects.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
