Job summary

MPI in Hoboken, NJ seeks a senior Estimator with 10+ years of GC experience to prepare GMP and conceptual estimates for diverse construction projects. You will analyze drawings, develop accurate budgets, and lead value engineering initiatives while coordinating with PMs, architects, engineers, and preconstruction teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing bids, pricing across trades, and supporting pursuit strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience preparing GMP estimates and conceptual estimates.
• Value engineering analyses and cost reduction.
• Strong knowledge of major construction trades and the 16 CSI divisions.
• Experience estimating commercial, multifamily, hospitality, or institutional projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

10+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor.

Proven Experience Preparing

• Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) estimates
• Conceptual estimates
• Value engineering analyses
• Strong working knowledge of all major construction trades and the 16 CSI construction divisions.
• Experience estimating commercial, multifamily residential, hospitality, or institutional construction projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
