Job summary

MAC Incorporated in Wayne, PA is seeking an Estimator for an auto body shop to write estimates, manage DRP processes, and communicate vehicle status to customers.

We require 2+ years in collision estimating, CCC1 or equivalent software, and a valid driver’s license with MVPD licensing. Benefits start day one; weekly pay; vacation and holidays; I-CAR trainings, and room for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for DRP and final invoices, and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and provide post repair plan communication with status updates.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and ensure adherence to safety rules and company standards.

AUTO BODY SHOP IS LOOKING FOR AN ESTIMATOR IN WAYNE PA. LOOKING FOR A STRONG CANDIDATE WHO HAS EXPERIENCES WITH WRITING FOR DRP'S. PREFER SOMEONE WITH PROGESSIVE/MITCHELL EXPERIENCE.

SALARY: $65K-$90K + COMMISSION AS WELL

Immediate job opening for an Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but not limited to: Writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers while complying with all safety rules, guidelines and company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
• Must have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
• You have an advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
• Strong sales orientation
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
