Job summary

Central Wisconsin Woodworking Corporation (CWWC) is seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bids for cabinetry and millwork projects. You will collaborate with design, production, and project management teams to ensure estimates reflect quality and efficiency.

You will review drawings, quantify materials and labor, obtain pricing from vendors, and maintain estimating tools and cost data to ensure bids are aligned with project scope and budget.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in estimating within cabinetry, millwork, or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of woodworking materials, fabrication processes, and construction terminology.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and shop drawings.
• Experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects by preparing accurate and competitive bids. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, production, and project management teams to ensure that every estimate accurately reflects our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scope documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required
