Educated Solutions Corp is seeking an Estimator for our Genesee, WI area specialty contractor. The role focuses on evaluating costs, materials, labor and resources for Traffic Control projects to ensure bids are accurate and profitable.

Responsibilities include preparing thorough estimates, analyzing time and equipment needs, managing multiple bids, identifying risks and cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining organized estimating records. Local travel is minimal and on-site work is expected.

Competenze

2+ years experience in trades/construction projects pertaining to reading plans, material, labor, equipment, time requirements and contracts.
Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite to include Excel, Word, Outlook
Experience with any ERP Tool
Experience with any Estimating software

Our Client, a specialty contractor in barriers and markings is seeking to add an Estimator to their team in Genesee, WI. This individual plays a crucial role in ensuring projects are financially viable, accurately planned and positioned for successful execution. This role is responsible for evaluating costs, materials, labor and resource requirements for Traffic Control projects. The Estimator supports informed decision-making and helps ensure projects are delivered within budget while meeting company objectives and customer expectations. This is a full-time ONSITE role that pays a $135K salary, a guaranteed bonus of $13K+, a full relocation package (if needed), very limited travel (always local, always home at night). This role also offers strong benefit package – Health, Dental and Vision covered at 80% - and a 401K plan that sees a 20% reinvestment in the employee.

The key to this role is proven estimating experience. The estimator will assist with commercial estimating from preparation of estimates start to finish for Traffic Pavement Marking and Traffic Control. The incumbent will:
