Job summary

LEFT COAST ELECTRIC is seeking an experienced Estimator to drive growth for high-volume electrical and control projects in the San Dimas area. You will assess project requirements, prepare detailed cost estimates, and leverage your network to secure competitive bids.

In this role you will work closely with project managers and clients to balance budget constraints with execution strategies, while contributing to bid strategy reviews and revenue growth in residential, commercial, and industrial

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional electrical estimating experience.
• Established book of business and strong industry network.
• Deep technical understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical & control systems.
• Proven track record of preparing competitive, profitable bids for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, highly accurate cost estimates for electrical and control projects.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to secure bidding opportunities.
• Analyze blueprints, specs, and scopes to calculate labor, material, and equipment needs.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with advanced electrical estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
