Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center is seeking experienced collision repair estimators for its Arvada and Northglenn locations. Earn up to 6% commission with $200,000+ earning potential and a strong pipeline of repair opportunities.

We’re looking for producers who can sell the repair, perform thorough damage analysis, manage supplements, and negotiate with carriers while maintaining DRP standards and protecting gross profit.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and closing ability.
• Experience with collision repair estimating.
• Understanding of DRP and insurance processes.
• Ability to analyze damage and blueprint repairs.
• Proven track record in maximizing gross profit.

WHAT YOU NEED

Strong sales and closing ability

CCC ONE or comparable estimating experience

Insurance and DRP knowledge

Blueprinting and repair planning experience

Understanding of OEM repair procedures

Ability to manage multiple active repairs

Strong production and financial awareness

Progressive claims experience is a plus.

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are preferred.
