Quality Enterprises USA, Inc. is seeking an Estimator/Assistant Estimator to join our team in Naples, FL. Under the oversight of an estimator, you will analyze project information to assemble budgets, bids, and proposals for construction projects.

Responsibilities include evaluating proposals, attending pre-bid meetings, and producing cost estimates, takeoffs, and detailed budgets for clients and project managers. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft 365 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of estimating experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with estimating software (HCSS, Bid2Win, or similar).
• Proficient in O365 and Adobe Acrobat.

• Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects.

• Solicit subcontractor, vendor, and equipment supplier information and pricing.
• Review and estimate change orders and other cost impacts.
• Follow up with clients on submitted proposals and budgets.

Job description

Quality Enterprises is looking for an Estimator to join our team. Under the oversight ofan estimator, the primary responsibility of Quality Enterprise’s Assistant Estimator is to analyze and interpret project information in the assembly of budgets, bids, and proposals.

Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications

• 2 years of estimating experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of construction practices and procedures.
• Working knowledge of estimating software, such as HCSS, Bid2Win, or similar.
• Proficient in O365 and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with utilities, storm piping, and FDOT specifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in construction related field preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
