Trillium Staffing in Minneapolis is seeking a manufacturing estimator to join our quoting team. This direct-hire role focuses on quoting and estimating for current and new customers, with on-site collaboration across the production floor.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of manufacturing estimating experience (printing preferred), strong customer service skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent work experience considered.
• At least four years of estimating experience within manufacturing, preferably the printing industry.
• Excellent computer skills and oral and written communication skills.

We have a fantastic Direct Hire opportunity with a growing company in Minneapolis!

We are looking for a manufacturing expert to join a quoting and estimating team.Responsibilities include: Quoting and estimating jobs for current and new customers; Communicating with customers on status of orders; Answering questions from and assisting manufacturing personnel as needed.

Salary for the role is $50K - $75K based on experience.This is an onsite role, working Monday through Friday.Hours are 8 am – 5 pm but flexible.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but equivalent work experience considered.

• Experience working with customers.
• Excellent computer skills and oral and written communication skills.
