Job summary

Coloscapes Concrete is seeking an Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts, prepare accurate cost estimates, and manage bid processes. You will build client relationships to help secure new work and collaborate with project teams to ensure competitive pricing.

The role requires 5+ years in construction (concrete preferred), strong reading of plans/specs, excellence in communication, and proficiency with estimating software and MS Office. Travel may be needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of construction industry experience (concrete preferred).
  • Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and bid documents.
  • Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
