This role will support multiple locations and projectmanagers/sellers within IPS companies. A technical background withknowledge of but not limited to relays, breakers, switchgear, switchboards,engineering studies, etc. Being successful in this role requires organizationalskills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.· Receiveincoming field service request calls, tracking details such as travel, pricing,materials needed, and required workforce· Ensurethe customer, industry, and IPS training requirements are maintained for allteam members· Abilityto schedule field service projects by evaluating the calendars of the necessaryfield service technicians and communicate with all those involved· PerformVOC review with customers to continuously improve customer experience and drivevalue for IPS· Set-upprojects in NetSuite for review by Sales Support and Area Managers· Enrollfield service technicians in any necessary safety training to ensure compliancewith customer requirements· Ensurepricing and work order is correct before sending to Sales department for review· Abilityto ask technical questions regarding the nature of the field service requestwhile always being professional and polite when communicating with customers· Scheduleand coordinate safety training· Ensuredaily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections and audits are completed· Re-enforcethe safety policies, guidelines, and procedures· Ensurethe field service reports are completed and delivered to customers in a timelymanner· Maintainrelevant logs and documentation· Workwith customer and seller to receive POs for projects· Responsiblefor job folder preparation for invoicing· Assistwith month-end closing and other administrative tasks, as needed· Invoicecompleted projects in NetSuiteQualifications andCompetencies:· Technicalbackground with electrical and/or mechanical products preferred· 3or more years of customer service experience in an industrial environment orequivalent education preferred· Excellentinterpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with current andpotential customers· Criticalattention to detail· Excellentcommunication skills, both oral and written· Abilityto understand, perform and retain various job-related training· Flexiblewith hours, overtime, and some weekend workYou’ll thrive at IPS if you…• Lead with integrity andprioritize safety.
