The ideal candidate will analyze drawings and specifications, solicit subcontractor bids, and contribute to value engineering while managing multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial and/or civil construction.
• Proficiency in estimating software.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and subcontractor trades.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
