Job summary

Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Frederick, MD is hiring an experienced Body Shop Estimator for our Collision Center. The role focuses on greeting clients, collecting vehicle information, and securing client agreement prior to repairs.

• PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
• Must be CCC knowledgeable.
• Insurance DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Cater to client concerns and collect vehicle information.
• Secure agreement from clients prior to all repairs.
• Clearly explain the estimate on every customer vehicle.
• Thoroughly estimate the time and cost of every repair.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and apply for supplemental work.
