Job summary

gpac's award-winning construction client is seeking an Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of estimator experience across commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office markets.

Responsibilities include preparing and estimating budgets, using conceptual design and value engineering, and presenting budgets and plans for multiple projects valued up to $50M. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $130,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimator experience in commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office markets.
• Experience on projects valued up to $50M.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency with construction management software.
