Job summary

Dugan & Meyers seeks an Estimator to drive high-profile construction bids. You will prepare detailed cost estimates for sitework, concrete, and civil projects, analyze drawings and specifications, and solicit subcontractor and supplier quotes to build accurate bids.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in commercial concrete and civile or water treatment work who also brings prior Project Management experience. This individual will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating project scopes, and assisting in project planning and execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and understands both the technical and operational aspects of construction projects.

Qualifications

• 5 years commercial construction experience, BS in Construction Management or Engineering, software proficiency (Excel, Bluebeam).
• Experience with concrete, earthwork. Prior experience managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
