Job summary

Elsdon Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a skilled Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for educational, healthcare, multifamily and hospitality construction projects.

You will analyze plans, source market data, and collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids and accurate cost databases. ProEst/Bluebeam proficiency and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing cost estimates for construction projects (education, healthcare, K-12, multifamily, or hospitality).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and estimating techniques.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as ProEst and Bluebeam.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, from conceptual through final design.
