Job summary

Aquatech International in Canonsburg, PA is seeking an Estimation Engineer with 5+ years of experience to generate and manage cost data for EPC bids. Responsibilities include obtaining quotes, cross-checking against specs, and maintaining cost databases.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, strong knowledge of water treatment equipment, and proficiency with RS Means and Sage estimating software. This is a full-time, onsite role in Canonsburg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer.
• Experience estimating Civil, Mechanical, Building, MEP and E&I works.
• Hands-on experience with RS Means & Sage estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain proposal-specific costing data.
• Obtain vendor quotes and work with Application Engineers during proposals.
• Cross-check quotations against project specs and request revisions.
• Maintain the proposal database and cost logs for EPC bids.
• Develop and maintain cost estimates for installation activities.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage bids.
• Present estimates to Project Manager and management.
• Record actual costs and compile cost analysis.
