• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project controls, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience building schedules for EPC, utility, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting estimating, preconstruction, or proposal development strongly preferred.

• Develop conceptual and resource-loaded schedules to support estimating, proposals, and project pursuits.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to define sequencing, durations, and execution assumptions.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project controls, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience building schedules for EPC, utility, or infrastructure projects
• Experience supporting estimating, preconstruction, or proposal development strongly preferred

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
• Experience developing conceptual schedules with limited information
• Primavera certification or PMI-SP a plus

Industry Knowledge

• Utility or power delivery project experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with EPC workflows and estimating processes

Communication

• Able to translate technical scheduling logic into assumptions estimators, engineers, and leadership can use for decision-making
• Comfortable collaborating across estimating, operations, and business development teams
