Stfrancis is seeking a motivated student in Construction Management or Engineering to support preconstruction activities. You will help prepare proposals, analyze bids, and assemble bid packages while gaining exposure to site visits and project documentation.

You will collaborate with estimators and leaders, using Office tools and modeling software to develop quantities and cost estimates. Weekly pay reflects an internship-style role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Team player ready to take on challenges.
• Currently enrolled in a four-year Construction Management or Engineering program.
• Eager to learn, curious, and inquisitive.
• Interest in a construction career with a builder preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Analyze subcontractor bids and vendor proposals for compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and assemble bid packages with all necessary documents and specifications.
• Attend preconstruction meetings, take notes, and assist with follow-up tasks.
• Organize and maintain project documents including plans, specifications, and addendums.
• Participate in site visits to understand project conditions and requirements.
• Support the estimating team with quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid package creation.
• Use modeling software such as Revit or Navisworks to develop accurate quantities and support estimating.
• Collaborate with operational leads, estimators, and team members to complete preconstruction activities accurately and on time.
