Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Estimating Project Management Intern to support the Estimating and Preconstruction teams. This role builds industry knowledge while contributing to time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Construction Management or related degree, comfortable with Microsoft Office, and familiar with Accubid and blueprint reading. Travel and a flexible schedule are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field.
• No prior work experience required; relevant coursework or internships are advantageous.
• Knowledge of Accubid and blueprint reading is preferred.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review specification information and other docs to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Attend job site walk-throughs with Senior Estimator or Estimating Supervisor as needed.
• Organize bid components for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform takeoffs electronically from drawings (circuiting, scaling, counting devices).
• Consult with clients, vendors, foremen, superintendents, and PMs on estimates.
• Discuss changes with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subs.
• Finalize bids and handle related paperwork.
