SST Direct is looking for an Estimating Manager to lead the Estimating Department for a prominent ship repair company in Hawaii. This role requires someone with extensive experience in marine industry estimating and management.

The successful candidate will oversee complex bid packages, mentor a team, and drive business development while maintaining strong communication with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ship repair or marine industry experience.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Navy vessels and government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Estimating Department.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Sr. Estimators and support staff.
• Develop standardized estimating and proposal processes.
