Qualifications

• 10+ years of ship repair or marine industry experience.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Navy vessels and NAVSEA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Estimating Department.
• Supervise and mentor a team of estimators and support staff.
• Negotiate contract changes and manage change orders.
