Qualifications

• 5–14 years of leadership in project controls (cost/estimating).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with field ops knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel; experience in risk assessment using Crystal Ball.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of estimators to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.
• Prioritize tasks; conduct annual performance assessments and coaching.
• Develop automated estimating tools and systems to enhance processes.
• Prepare and review pursuit proposals for senior leadership reviews.
• Develop hard bid estimates start-to-finish for industrial contracts and lead meetings.
