RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead cost estimates for proposals, labor rates, and capital projects. The role emphasizes moving from spreadsheet estimates to a WinEst-based database, providing technical leadership and standardized tools across project teams.

You will work with the PMO, project controls, engineering, procurement, and operations to align estimates with WBS and Primavera P6, while mentoring staff and supporting major bids and pricing strategies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, cost engineering, mathematics or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible cost estimating experience across engineering, construction, remediation, energy, or infrastructure.

Mansioni

• Lead development and review of conceptual, preliminary, definitive, and detailed estimates with BOE support.
• Translate spreadsheet estimating to WinEst database and support multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with PMO, project controls, engineering, procurement, and operations to align estimates with schedules.
• Mentor estimating personnel and promote best practices.
• Prepare cost reports, trend analyses, and executive-level presentations.
