Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 3+ years estimating experience.
• Total construction experience 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex cost estimates for bids and negotiated proposals.
• Prepare material and other costs summary for vendor quotes.
• Track value creation items and document in project files.
• Develop and manage scopes of work, pricing, and coordination for vendors/subcontractors.
• Utilize project schedule and logistics in estimates.
• Assist with analysis of building components and MEP systems for logistics.
