Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating experience required.
• Preferred total of 5+ years construction experience.
• In lieu of degree, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex cost estimates for competitive bids.
• Support vendor/subcontractor pricing and bid solicitation.
• Collaborate with operations and field staff for project optimization.
