Lincoln Contracting & Equipment seeks an Estimating Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate costs for designated design-build projects, ensuring milestones are met within budgeted parameters.

The role involves developing scopes of work and budgets, soliciting subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining bid documents, and preparing bid spreadsheets. PMP preferred; associate degree or equivalent required; 2+ years in estimating or related field.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent and estimating experience.
• Design-build project cost estimation and budgeting experience.
• PMP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work and budgets for design-build projects.
• Solicit subcontractors, vendors and material suppliers.
• Coordinate bid documents and requirements with bidders.
• Estimate project costs and general conditions.
• Develop bid spreadsheets and take-off documentation.
• Maintain vendor and sub lists for multiple regions.
