Jobot is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating process for civil and site development projects in Tempe, AZ. This on-site, permanent role requires a seasoned professional to drive accurate bids and protect project profitability.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of estimating experience in civil construction, with hands-on expertise in earthwork, utilities, paving and concrete, plus strong takeoff, bidding and cost-analysis skills.

Our expertise includes complete site development, earthwork, grading, paving, underground utilities, concrete construction, demolition, striping, and signage, delivering projects from start to finish.

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager to lead the estimating process for civil and site development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience estimating earthwork, utility, concrete, paving, and infrastructure projects while helping drive accurate, competitive bids and successful project delivery.
