Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost estimates by reviewing project plans and specifications to help determine scope of work and costs.
• Bid proposal support with takeoffs and cost estimates for construction projects under supervision.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure estimates are accurate and complete.
• Monitor costs and help flag potential cost overruns.
• Communicate regularly with crew members, subcontractors, and team members to support project schedules and budgets.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear during site visits.
• Learn on-the-job and gain exposure to estimating software.
