This role requires at least 7 years of relevant industry experience and strong knowledge of HVAC systems. Responsibilities include guiding teams, managing projects, and implementing estimating tools. Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years relevant mechanical construction industry experience is required.
Minimum of 1 year construction operations supervisory experience.
Equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
Provide managerial guidance to Regional Managers of Estimating and/or Chief Estimator(s).
Support executive leadership related to the Estimating department.
Evaluate, implement and maintain estimating software and tools.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in estimating practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
Skills
Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
Knowledge of mechanical construction operations and project life cycle
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Demonstrated leadership ability
