Candidates should possess strong HVAC knowledge and at least 7 years of mechanical construction experience. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years relevant mechanical construction industry experience.
• Minimum of 1 year construction operations supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial guidance to Regional Managers of Estimating.
• Support executive leadership and administrative functions related to estimating.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance estimating processes.

Skills

Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Demonstrated leadership ability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Education

Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management
