Job summary

Fabulous Floors LLC seeks an organized Estimating Coordinator to manage the day-to-day flow of our estimating pipeline at the Farmers Branch, TX location.

You will coordinate between our sales team, in-house estimators, and third-party partners to ensure timely takeoffs, organized files, and accurate commissions. This full-time, on-site role supports a premium commercial flooring practice.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an administrative/coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient with SharePoint and spreadsheets (Excel).
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication for coordinating with vendors and sales teams.
• Detail-oriented with cost codes, hours, and commission data.
• Self-starter who follows up proactively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the estimating calendar, add new jobs, and follow up on past-due items.
• Assign an estimator to each incoming job and track progress.
• Prepare and upload plan, spec, and estimate files into organized folders.
• Serve as primary contact for third-party estimating partners and resolve questions.
• Download completed takeoffs, transfer files to SharePoint, and track delivery issues.
• Build monthly commission hours spreadsheets and coordinate with sales team for approvals.
• Act as liaison between estimators and sales to align job status.
