Granite Construction Company is seeking a contract documents coordinator to support estimating and bid startup activities in our Everett, WA area. You will coordinate MBE/WBE/DBE/UDBE representation, maintain bid lists, and assemble bid packets to ensure timely submissions.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2–5 years in construction bidding, strong MS Office skills, and attention to detail. JD Edwards experience is a plus; notary preferred.

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for coordinating contract documents from original estimate to job start up using standardized methods relating to the purchasing, processing understanding and recording of information to ensure Granite is a responsive bidder.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
2-5 years in Construction industry with basic understanding of the bidding process and public agency requirements.

Base Salary Range: $66,654.00 - $99,982.00 Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
