Job summary

Granite Construction Incorporated is seeking a contract-grade coordinator to manage bid documentation from estimation through startup. You will support the estimating team, coordinate MBE/WBE/DBE/UDBE outreach, prepare bid packets, and ensure timely submissions with accurate communications.

The role requires 2–5 years in construction bidding, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office and organizational skills. Notary preferred; JD Edwards experience a plus.

Responsibilities

General Summary

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for coordinating contract documents from original estimate to job start up using standardized methods relating to the purchasing, processing understanding and recording of information to ensure Granite is a responsive bidder

Education


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.


Work Experience


  • 2-5 years in Construction industry with basic understanding of the bidding process and public agency requirements

Physical Demands

Base Salary Range:

$66,654.00 - $99,982.00


Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
