Qualifications
- Experience as a practicing esthetician and advanced services experience.
- Teaching, training, or leadership experience.
- Appreciation of the Beauty and Wellness Industries.
Responsibilities
- Teach core curriculum, theory and hands-on facials, waxing and more.
- Coach and provide feedback for growth and development.
- Inspire professionalism and strong work ethic in students.
- Prepare students for state license exams and placement.
- Implement company systems and standards.
- Learn Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and train students on protocols.
