Job summary

Nurtur Aveda is seeking an Esthiology Instructor to inspire and train the next generation of beauty and wellness professionals at our Cincinnati area institute. You will lead classroom and clinic floor instruction, develop lesson plans, and mentor students to meet graduation, licensure, and placement goals.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of esthetics experience, an active Esthiology Instructor license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state-issued Esthiology Instructor license and ongoing CE hours.
• Minimum 2 years of continuous esthetics experience in a salon; staff training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing recognition, support, and motivation for students.
• Coach students to meet service and retail goals; educate on products.

• Maintain academic records and ensure timely reporting to the Student Success team.
